The National Hockey League announced today, June 27, the schedule for the 2023-24 regular season. The 2023 Stanley Cup Champions will open their seventh NHL season on home ice as they host the Seattle Kraken on Tuesday, October 10 at T-Mobile Arena. The contest marks the fifth time in seven years that Vegas will start the season at home.
Prior to the opening matchup against the Kraken, which is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. PT, the Golden Knights will raise their first Stanley Cup championship banner. Additional details regarding the first game of the 2023-24 regular season will be announced at a later date.
Vegas and Seattle will meet again as part of the 2024 Discover NHL Winter Classic® on Monday, January 1, at T-Mobile Park, home of the Seattle Mariners. This will be the second outdoor contest for the Golden Knights, their first being when Vegas faced the Colorado Avalanche in the 2021 NHL Outdoors at Lake Tahoe™ at Edgewood Tahoe Resort.
The Golden Knights will host a season-high five-game homestand beginning on Thursday, January 11 against the Boston Bruins and continuing against the Flames (1/13), Predators (1/15), Rangers (1/18) and Penguins (1/20). The team’s longest road trip will consist of five games and occur twice, from November 14-22 and February 24 to March 4. The regular season is scheduled to take its annual pause from February 1-4 for the 2024 Honda NHL® All-Star Weekend at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto.
A limited number of full-season ticket memberships are currently available for purchase for the team’s 45 home games between the preseason and regular season at T-Mobile Arena.
