The Golden Knights have officially acquired original misfit and Stanley Cup champion Reilly Smith. This marks the first time in team history that a player has been traded away and then traded back to the team. The Golden Knights currently lead the Pacific standings with 80 points, holding a 4-point advantage over the Edmonton Oilers. With the addition of Smith, the Knights are hoping he can bring back some of the magic and skill he showcased during their 2023 Stanley Cup run.
