Las Vegas will be in great hands come Super Bowl week as the hosting committee began laying out the logistics for the NFL’s annual championship week and event. CEO and president Sam Joffray along with senior VP of volunteer operations Trevor Bobb have put together a great team that will be handling hospitality to assist fans coming in for the week.
Team LV Volunteers to welcome NFL fans to Las Vegas
The volunteers will greet fans beginning at the Harry J. Reid Airport and private airlines down to the Las Vegas strip and Fremont street.

They will inform fans of events and their locations while distributing complimentary Super Bowl LVIII themed gifts.
Vegas Sports Today spoke with Trevor Bobb about the overall intentions of the committee and their goals for the star studded week, “one of the big initiatives that the Super Bowl Host Committee has to put on is build out a very robust volunteer program, main reason for that is to make sure the community can get involved” said Trevor Bobb.
The volunteers are made up of Las Vegas locals who know the city of Las Vegas well and their familiarity with the city plays a monumental role in assisting fans navigate through the area to and attend and participate in the activities and events put on by the NFL. According to a member of the committee they are looking at about 5,000 volunteers who will be reporting to coaches that will supervise these individuals in groups at specific locations.
The fans are a priority for the NFL, and the hosting committee has embraced the challenge of giving one of NFL’s most valuable assets, its fans, the best possible experience to enjoy America’s unofficial holiday Super Bowl Sunday.
