Swin Cash’s She’s Got Time Women in Sports Summit lands in Las Vegas

Former professional WNBA player Swin Cash held the She’s Got Time Women in Sports Summit in Las Vegas, Nevada, from July 14-15 at the Encore and Venetian.

Multiple big names in the professional sports world attended the event, including the President of the Las Vegas Raiders, Sandra Douglass Morgan, Assistant Coach of the Indiana Pacers, Jenny Boucek and CBS Sports Analyst Amy Trask. The women walked the red carpet event on Thursday, July 14, inside Tao at the Venetian to kick off the summit.

Las Vegas Raiders President Sandra Douglass Morgan is the first Black and Asian woman to serve as an NFL team president. She was named to the position in July 2022 by owner Mark Davis. Douglass Morgan talks about being at the event, when Aidan O’Connell commented about her, the upcoming Canelo-Crawford fight at Allegiant and more.

Former WNBA 8th overall pick of the 2008 draft, Ty Young, was early to the red carpet. Young spent time on the Atlanta Dream, Chicago Sky and finished her career with the Las Vegas Aces. Young is now a star on the hit reality television show Basketball Wives. The show is in its 12th season. Young said her goal is to be her true self on the show, even when she went through a breakup with Ming Lee.

Alexis Stoudemire hosts the Humble Baddies podcast with co-stars Sharelle Rosado and Ashley Nicole Wheeler. Stoudemire is also on the reality television show W.A.G.s to Riches. The term W.A.G. stands for Wives and Girlfriends of professional athletes. The former basketball player herself was previously married to retired NBA player Amar’e Stoudemire. Alexis Stoudemire also supports Unrivaled Basketball, an innovative 3v3 professional women’s basketball league in Miami.

Erika Marmolejo is the Player Engagement Coordinator of the Chicago Bears. She was hired by the team in 2020. Prior to her time in Chicago, Marmolejo was an intern for the NBA summer league in Las Vegas and the assistant to Oakland Raiders General Manager Reggie McKenzie. She built a relationship with Swin Cash during her time in the NBA.
