Las Vegas Aviators right-handed pitcher Jack Perkins was named the Pacific Coast League Pitcher of the Week on June 16.
This was his second straight week being honored. Perkins had a standout performance against the Salt Lake Bees on June 12. He threw 6.1 innings, took a no-hitter into the seventh inning, struck out 12 batters and allowed two hits and one run. Perkins struck out 22 batters in his last 11.1 innings pitched as of June 16.
