The Silver and Black Today is back on the radio – this time as Silver and Black Tonight on the 50,000-watt blowtorch The Mightier 1090 bringing the only all-Raiders talkshow to Southern California.
The show, which will run every Friday from 6-7 PM PT, includes founder and host Scott Gulbransen and new co-host Moe Moton. Moton, a national football writer for Bleacher Report, will include A-list guests and the latest news from Raider Nation. Gulbransen, who co-founded the all-Las Vegas sports website VegasSportsToday.com, has hosted the longest-running Raiders talk show covering the Las Vegas Raiders since 2018. The show, which had a stint on Audacy’s CBS Sports Radio (now The Bet 1140) 1140, and the Raiders flagship station Raider Nation Radio 920-AM, will reach the massive audience of Raiders fans in Southern California.
“To be able to talk Las Vegas Raiders football with the rabid fans in Southern California is a dream come true,” Gulbransen said. “We’ve built a great brand and bringing a talent like Moe Moton to the show adds a new dimension that’s both exciting and hard to beat. We want to thank Bill Hagen and Scott Kaplan of The Mightier 1090 for recognizing the importance of the Raiders in Southern California and for bringing our show to fans there.
The Mightier 1090: Bringing more local sports talk to Southern California
Silver and Black Tonight joins another Los Angeles-based football talk show – The LA Football Show – hosted by LA Football Network founder Ryan Dyrud and co-host Frostee Rucker – two-time National Champion at the University of Southern California and a 13-year NFL Veteran.
