Silver and Black Today is back where it started.

Starting this Sunday, just a day before the Las Vegas Raiders opening their season on Monday Night Football against the Baltimore Ravens, host Scott Gulbransen and co-host Moe Moton will return to the Las Vegas airwaves as the longest-running all-Raiders talk show in the market kicks off its run on media giant Audacy’s newest all-sports station 98.5 The Fan HD2.

Silver and Black Today Game Day 98.5 The Fan Las Vegas
98.5 The Fan HD2 launched recently and is the new home of Sunday morning’s Silver and Black Today: Game Day at 9am every Sunday.

“Who says you can’t go home again,” Gulbransen said. “We’re excited to be back with the Audacy team and part of the launch of the new 98.5 The Fan in Las Vegas. The city is hungry for Raiders content and being able to go on air every Sunday morning before kickoff is a great opportunity to talk football with the best fans in sports.”

Silver and Black Today back on an Audacy station

The show, which first aired on Audacy’s CBS Sports Radio 1140 (now The Bet 114) in 2018, returns after spending last season on the Raiders flagship station Raider Nation Radio 920 as a daily show from 2-4 pm. It will air every Sunday during the Raiders season from 9-10 am and can be heard at 7 am ET on The Bet 1140.

After Gulbransen put the show on hiatus due to health reasons in March of this year, he and Bleacher Report and Vegas Sports Today.com NFL writer Moe Moton launched Silver and Black Tonight on Southern California’s The Mightier 1090. The show launched last month and is heard from 6-7 pm every Friday and is the market’s only all-Raiders talk show as part of the 1090’s “Football Friday” lineup.

The debut show on The Fan Las Vegas will include an interview with long-time NFL writer and current Ravens.com reporter Clifton Brown. Brown will give Raider Nation a full background on the Raiders opponent on Monday night and tell you why the two teams share a similar challenge heading into the 2021 season. Brown tells you why the Ravens are working hard to protect and nurture QB Lamar Jackson.

The show can be streamed live on the free Audacy app or HD-equipped over-the-air radios by selecting the HD2 station.

Listeners can also hear the show after airing on the Silver and Black Today/Tonight podcast feed.
