VEGAS (October 16, 2018) — Ozzy Osbourne has announced his rescheduled tour dates for California and Las Vegas.

The Rock and Roll Hall of Famer, equally known for his work as the singer of the legendary metal troupe Black Sabbath and for his own multi-platinum solo career, now is set to perform July 20 at MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas, July 23 at Mattress Firm Amphitheater in Chula Vista, July 27 at Shoreline Amphitheater at Mountain View and July 29 at the Hollywood Bowl.

Some of these dates had already been rescheduled at least once before.

In particular, the Shoreline Amphitheater date was originally set for Oct. 6 and then was moved to Oct. 16 and then again to Oct. 20 and, now, to July 27.

All of this is result of a medical situation, which first landed Osbourne in the hospital on Oct. 6 (the day he was first supposed to play Shoreline).

“The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee and Grammy-winning singer and songwriter is being treated for an infection, which required surgery on his hand this morning (Saturday, October 6),” according to a news release issued at the time. “Osbourne will spend a couple of days at Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles where he’ll remain under doctor’s care as they monitor the infection.”

At first, the Mountain View date show was the only date being postponed. But the situation apparently proved more problematic than originally estimated, necessitating Osbourne to postpone the Chula Vista, Hollywood and Las Vegas shows as well.

These shows are part of Osbourne’s No More Tours 2 farewell tour.
