History Favors Houston
Mike of Vegas Sports Daily:
Houston Texans over Miami Dolphins.
A picture is worth a thousand words, and in this photo, three out of five starters for the Dolphins are out for tonight’s game. Ryan Tannehill, Kenny Stills, and Albert Wilson; that makes up for a substantial amount of offense.
Houston owns a record of (7-1) versus Miami, dating back to 2000, that is an (87.5%) win percentage. Las Vegas bookmakers favored the Texans at -7.5 points for a reason.
The Dolphins defense has been getting hammered by the opposition lately, as it’s allowed (31.2 PPG) over the last four games with a point differential of (-49). So, it shouldn’t surprise bettors that they went (1-3) SU and ATS in those games.
Here are some recent trends that paint a daunting picture for the Dolphins spread:
Edge Finder
- (2-8) ATS in last 10 road games as dogs of 7 points or more.
- (4-6) ATS when dogs of 7 points or more in any location.
- (1-7) ATS in the last eight games on the road.
- (6-10-2) ATS in last 18 games.
- (3-5) ATS all-time vs the Texans.
Pick: Houston Texans.
Bet the house on Houston!
