Luka Doncic Named to All Rookie Team

Luka is on the verge of collecting every accolade you can as a rookie. The 6’8” wunderkind is one of two first-year players listed as a unanimous selection.
Doncic along with his unanimous 2019 All Rookie team member, Trae Young join an exclusive group of players bestowed with this honor. Other NBA rising stars named to the list include Donovan Mitchell and Ben Simmons. In earlier years many NBA greats clamored the title before them.
The first five picks of the 2018 draft lead the way in the All-Rookie First Team.

The last Dallas Mavericks to make an all NBA team was now Knick Dennis Smith Jr. Dallas has a knack for churning out All Rookie talent. In 2016-17 Yogi For the first time since Co-Rookie of the Year winner Jason Kidd, the Mavs have a first-team selection on their roster.
Doncic is that much closer to returning the Rookie of the Year trophy back to Dallas.
