The anticipation for the big 2019 NFL Draft is growing for Raiders fans and you asked us to give you a rundown of the watch parties here in Las Vegas.
Locals and visitors from across the globe will descend on Sin City’s sports bars and watering holes to watch the NFL draft starting on Thursday to see if their team picks the next great superstar or a colossal bust.
With the Raiders having an unprecedented three first-round picks, and four in the first 35, interest in this year’s event is at an all-time high for Raider Nation all over the world – including local fans in Las Vegas.
With many of our readers and listeners and asking the best spots to watch how the draft unfolds for the silver and black, we compiled a list of a few of the parties around town we recommend.
While there aren’t as many draft events as there are doing Super Bowl weekend, here are the events we recommend if you’re a local or someone coming into town for the event.

The Downtown Las Vegas Events Center will be hosting the Bud Light Draft Watch Party starting at 4 p.m. The party features a 72-foot screen with booming stadium sound. It’s a free event. Tables and man caves are available to rent but sell out quickly so get a move on if you really would like one. Attendees must be 21 to attend so not a great spot if you’re taking kids.

Tailgate First and Simon Event Group are launching their series of tailgate parties for Raider Nation. All fans are invited to experience the fun and have a chance to win 2020 game tickets. Tailgate First Model Servers and the Celsius Bar Staff will be on hand with guest check-in at 4:30 p.m. Space is limited so go to Eventbrite/Las Vegas watch party and register for free. There will be a live DJ, drink specials, and Raiders giveaways. Guests are welcome to bring a chair to sit outside in their private parking lot and watch on multiple flat screens.

For locals or visitors on the east side of town, Sunset Stations 6th annual watch party gets underway at 3 p.m. with draft beer, shot specials, and stadium food all starting at $2. Admission to the event is free.
Las Vegas Raiders Booster Club Watch Party
Location: Jackpot Bar & Grill, 4360 S Decatur Blvd Suite #D, Las Vegas, NV 89103
For those of you on the west side, Jackpot Bar and Grill is hosting the Las Vegas Raiders Booster club starting at 4 p.m. Several former Raiders will be in attendance.
Location: The Las Vegas Strip
If you want to find a good spot on The Strip, even though there are no official draft parties there, Beer Park by Budweiser at Paris and Lagasse’s Stadium at the Venetian are great spots to watch any sporting event and would be my recommendation.
