Los Angeles- George Lopez has done it again with an outstanding cast of unique celebrities that came out and supported his celebrity golf tournament for his foundation.
The George Lopez Foundation was founded to help children who have kidney disease, as well as give these children a good time going to summer and fall camp for a week.
“I am thankful for the kidney transplant I received in 2005, which has allowed me to pursue my two passions – playing golf and giving back to others less fortunate. As we enter the twelfth year of the Foundation, we continue to improve the quality of life for many children and adults giving them the opportunity for a brighter future. Please join me in supporting this very worthwhile cause.”
Celebrities that attended the event was Tim Allen, Eva Longoria, Anthony Anderson, Sugar Ray Leonard and more.
Lopez was thankful for the people who came out and supported the cause. “Every year we get more people to come out here and support the foundation. I am an only child and don’t really have many friends, but to see all these people come and show support makes me feel great.”
