It was a night to remember in Las Vegas as former Raiders great Fred Biletnikoff hosted his 21st annual Celebrity Crab Fest at the Paris Hotel and Casino with more than 600 guests in attendance, including Raider legends Phil Viiliapiano and Jerry Robinson.
The event featured giveaways and an auction to play a round of golf with former Raiders as well as signed jerseys and helmets. “We embrace over two decades strong since creating the Biletnikoff Foundation in loving memory of my daughter, Tracey,” Biletnikoff said. “We are so grateful for our Bay Area communities and beyond for supporting us all these years. We now look forward to adding the great people of Vegas to our dedicated journey in helping those in need.”
When asked about the impact the fundraiser has had, former Raider WR Jerry Robinson touched on the subject, “There’s a lot of people who care about Fred and Angela Biletnikoff, and there’s a lot of people who care about what happened to Tracey Biletnikoff. This is the 21st year and people keep coming back to see the type of person Fred is and they’ll keep coming back.”
Celebrity Crab Fest includes, obviously, fresh Dungeness crab
The fundraiser also featured live music accompanied by fresh Dungeness crab before the silent auction.
The event benefits the Biletnikoff Foundation’s fight to end adolescent domestic violence, substance abuse, and human trafficking and has been held annually since 2000 in the memory of Biletnikoff’s daughter, Tracey.
