1. Jacksonville Jaguars

Trevor Lawrence (QB) – Clemson

It’s obvious at this point.

Alternate Selection: None

2. New York Jets

Zach Wilson (QB) – BYU

There’s a lot of buzz around Wilson, and Sam Darnold is likely being shipped out at some point.

Alternate Selection: Justin Fields

3. Miami Dolphins

Ja’Marr Chase (WR) – LSU

Dolphins need a dynamic playmaker for Tua, and Chase gives them that. He’s the most talented receiver in the class.

Alternate Selection: Penei Sewell

4. Atlanta Falcons

Justin Fields (QB) – Ohio State

Matt Ryan has proven time and time again he can’t get it done when it matters, and he’s nearing the end of his career. Fields will sit for a year or two, then take over. The time to learn will work wonders for Fields.

Alternate Selection: Micah Parsons

5. Cincinnati Bengals

Penei Sewell (OT) – Oregon

Joe Burrow got pummeled immensely week after week, and ultimately led to an ACL tear. Sewell gives Burrow someone to protect his blindside for years to come.

Alternate Selection: Jaylen Waddle

6. Philadelphia Eagles

Patrick Surtain II (CB) Alabama

The Eagles secondary has been a disaster for years. Surtain gives them a lockdown corner opposite of Darius Slay, making for a solid 1-2 punch.

Alternate Selection: Kyle Pitts

7. Detroit Lions

Jaylen Waddle (WR) Alabama

Kenny Golladay and Marvin Jones likely won’t be back, which means the Lions will need to give Jared Goff a #1 receiver.

Alternate Selection: Caleb Farley

8. Carolina Panthers

Trey Lance (QB) – North Dakota St.

Rumors have it, that Carolina is looking to move on from Bridgewater after an abysmal year.

Alternate Selection: Caleb Farley

9. Denver Broncos

Caleb Farley (CB) – Virginia Tech

Denver’s defense needs a lot of help, and Farley is the best defensive player available. In a pass heavy AFC West, this is a necessary selection.

Alternate Selection: Micah Parsons

10. Dallas Cowboys

Rashawn Slater (OL) – Northwestern

Cowboys need to solidify their offensive line, as Zack Martin was forced to play nearly every position on the line, and with Dak recovering from a severe injury, protecting him should be their top priority.

Alternate Selection: Jaycee Horn

11. New York Giants

Devonta Smith (WR) – Alabama

Smith is dynamic, a la the Heisman, and he’ll step right in as the #1 option opposite of Darius Slayton.

Alternate Selection: Kwity Paye

12. San Francisco 49ers

Jaycee Horn (CB) – South Carolina

Richard Sherman is set to hit the free agent market, and Horn can step in and be a solid replacement. The secondary will be depleted.

Alternate Selection: Samuel Cosmi

13. Los Angeles Chargers

Samuel Cosmi (OT) – Texas

Protecting Justin Herbert should be the top priority.

Alternate Selection: Alijah Vera-Tucker

14. Minnesota Vikings

Alijah Vera-Tucker (OG) USC

Kirk Cousins was hit a lot, and Vera-Tucker is a physical big man who will also boost the running game for Dalvin Cook

Alternate Selection: Rashod Bateman

15. New England Patriots

Kyle Pitts (TE) – Florida

I mean, this is a no-brainer. Patriots haven’t had a tight end worth talking about ever since Gronkowski left. Slam dunk selection.

Alternate Selection: Rashod Bateman

16. Arizona Cardinals

Kwity Paye (EDGE) – Michigan

Haason Reddick and Markus Golden may not be back, and Chandler Jones is no spring chicken. Paye is an elite pass rusher.

Alternate Selection: Micah Parsons
